EQUIFI acts as a finance facilitator connecting customers with banks and NBFCs for vehicle and equipment financing. We do not directly lend money. Final loan approval and terms are at the sole discretion of the lending institution.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a citizen or resident of India to use our services. You must provide accurate and complete information in your application.

4. Application Process

Submitting a loan application does not guarantee approval. Loan terms including interest rate, tenure, and loan amount are determined by the respective lending institution based on their evaluation criteria.

5. Fees and Charges

Processing fees, documentation charges, and other applicable fees will be communicated to you before loan disbursement. All fees are as per the lending institution's policies.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining confidentiality of your account, and timely repayment of loans as per the agreement with the lending institution.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of EQUIFI and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

EQUIFI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any decisions made based on information provided on our website.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
